Hi Tracy,
Read your post about your little rescue girl.....how sad.....but what
a life she will now have!  Here are a couple of names that popped into
my head:
 
Pandora(as in pandora's box)
Raye(as in ray of hope)
Sunny(the sunny or bright side of life)
Halo(no explanation needed)
Glory(     "           "              )
and Tinker Bell( you said she was missing a claw sort of like Captain
Hook from Peter Pan only she is tiny and sweet...)
