Ok, BIG, how do you do that?  I've seen you do it before - somebody asks a
question and you refer them to issue nnnn for a discussion on that topic.
 
Just how good are you anyway?  Can you find the issue where I asked Dr
Williams a question about insulinoma being a 2ndary complication of
cardiomyopathy, and Bruce said he had never heard that before and wasn't
aware of any correlation?  Can ya find it???

difficult to search some back issues for some key words.  But probably
cardiomyopathy and insulinoma are a little too broad to search on. BIG]
