I have posted several times before about this. My feelings are that if
you have something negative to say about someone, do NOT post it on
this forum but instead send your comments to that person directly.

A coward will stand behind this 'tree' and issue flames but the decent
person will present their case to the person directly and hash it out
in private. After all, there always remains the chance to be other than
correct and it all saves face for both parties to keep it in private.

Lastly no one wants to hear all this negative crap. Life is far too
short for this. In the end it is those who flame that look bad.
Negative people are other than welcome were they only propagate more
negatives. As to the flames on the FML, I simply do not read them.
