Hello everyone! I too bought the new Ferret Calendar 2001 and its adorable
as usual. My favorite picture is the month of October.

And finally, I found Ferrets for Dummies and I have not read it cover to
cover yet but it looks wonderful. Finally a nice large, thick book filled
with up to date information. I am planning on making my new sitter read
it. I found someone near me who will watch my furchildren in my home and
take care of the house while on trips and she has watched ferrets only a
couple of times so this is perfect for her.

And my thanks to everyone who responded to me with ideas on how to tell my
hubby about another ferret when he got home! Everyone had great ideas.
When he got home, he did notice right away that we had a new furball. It
was hard not to, since the new one has a big black nose and is bigger in
size than all the rest! But he wasn't too mad. And then the next day I
overheard him telling his parents on the phone that he "liked the new guy"!
Ha! Of course, he won't tell me that.
