Yes, Michelle, you should be careful when cleaning pans while pregnant.
Either have someone else do it for you, or wear rubber gloves if you have
to do it and be SURE to wash your hands really well afterward.
 
I made my husband clean the pans while I was pregnant for a while, but he
got lazy so I ended up doing it anyway.  And the baby was fine.
