HI
My sister first subscribed to this news letter she and myself owned a pet
store. It came to the place that we realized in this area you can't be a
Contentious pet store owner and make money. We got out of the biz and took
allot of what we learn about the pet world with us.

Later (year and a half) my sister met with a horrible tragedy. April of
last year my sisters home burned. She lost her bunny and cocktail.
However she was able to pull a window apart enough to vent the smoke. Her
fuzzie Bandit was smart enough to curl up in a towel right beneath the
vented area and he survived. She was only partially insured. Needless to
say she is still struggling. The Vet we go to is a wonderful man. He has
little experience with fuzzies so more often then not it is a joint effort
to keep our fuzzies well. Usually I notice something then do the research
and take it to him and he does his research and we come out fairly well.
He always lets me know if the difficulty is over his head and what
information is needed to reach an except able confidence level. We have
faired very well this way I learn He learns and My sis and I have happy
healthy fuzzies.

Now the hard Part. I noticed that Bandit exhibited all the signs of this
ADV. thing. I started our process and we (Monica the Vet and I) have
confirmed the diagnosis. then we ran into a couple major hurdles.

1. Monica has 0 money and she is in debt to the vet as it is (she pays him
a little when she has some to give he is really kind about it)

2. Next to decenting ferrets My vet has almost nil experience in a surgery
of this type. He is simply not willing to use Bandit as a g-pig even if we
could afford the surgery.

I write not because I want I list of vet's or Money because I know that
Money is not possible sometimes and I have vet lists that how I do my
research.

I'm asking for Prayer 1 and 2 I ask for advice.

Before you ask I will tell you that I'm in the same boat my sis is in my
home didn't burn down I was in the hospital for 3 months. I lost my Job
career home and some pets as well. I did not know that the place I had
arranged for them would not care for them in the way they said. I had
complete trust in this person until I found out what poor condition my pets
where in I lost 2 dogs and a bunny. I also lost Fezzick's friend Indigo.
Fezzick Is so lonely with out his pal but I can't afford to adopt one. He
used to play with Bandit on weekends and such but now with Bandit condition
he has not felt much like having friends over. If you would like to see
a pic of the two there is one at my home site at the pet vine.
