Jim March had a good point, one that the CDFA and FML could possibly put to
their advantage.  Perhaps a case could be made that if ferrets were legal in
CA, this tragedy would never have happened to Foggy.  A lot of people might
be adverse to using Foggy as a publicity tool, but I think Foggy's story
might also be a table turner in the legalization effort in California.  At a
minimum, the story on the CDFA Website should be sent to all CA politicians
that may be undecided (heck, send the story to ALL of them).....
