Just wanted to join the rest of the bunch and introduce myself. I've only
been a member of the FML for a couple of weeks, but have enjoyed reading
about everyone's pet ferrets and learning about different foods and treats
and toys, etc...
I currently have 2 ferrets, Peanut and Wilma. We bough Peanut from a guy who
also breeds minks. What an interesting place that was! Wilma was found
running down a busy street here in my hometown. She is tons more friendly
than Peanut and far more mellow. I have tried to get them to be more friendly
to each other, and their relationship has improved. They had a bath together
last weekend and did well until they were done and then.... well, you know
how ferrets are after a bath! Peanut was scratching to get out of the
bathroom and go run around and poor Wilma was wrapped up in the bath mat,
hiding from Peanut! How funny :)
Well, thanks for letting me share about my pet fuzzies. I look forward to
reading more about everyone's experiences!
