Hello Everyone:

I have an address update for the City of Provo's Prosecuting Attorney's
office:

Provo City Prosecutors Office
P.O. Box 1849
Provo, UT 84604

(801) 852-6140

Thank you to everyone who has called expressing our outrage for poor little
Bandit's brutal murder. When I talked to them late Friday afternoon, I was
told that they had been getting calls all day, one from as far away as New
Orleans. Thank you again. As Rick Roller and I have both stated, Utah is
very concerned with public opinion, so this WILL go a long way.

Also, I will forward any tributes for Bandit that anyone would like to send
to the Provo Police Chief for him to give to Kimberly Marsh. Or, if you
prefer, send them to the above address, marked Police Chief, Provo Police
Department. That telephone number is: (801) 852-6211. The important thing
is that Ms. Marsh receives them.

I would also like to state that I believe Rick Roller is truly a caring,
dedicated ferret person. I was able to meet him and a couple of his
ferrets at an exotic show in Ogden, and was impressed by his dedication. I
really don't believe that he intended to make it sound like Ms. Marsh was
responsible for her ferrets death. Free roam vs. caging is a "hot topic"
with both sides making very valid points. Let's not lose sight of the real
issue, and that is Bandit's sensless murder and the people responsible
being brought to justice.

Sometimes people, when they feel very strongly or passionately about
something can come across differently than they intend to, especially if
they are upset. I know I do, and I feel this is what happened with Rick.
As concerned as he is about this situation, I do not feel he would have
intentionally tried to hurt Ms. Marsh, especially when she is already
hurting.

Thanks again for all the compassion and caring everyone is showing. I'm
sure it will mean a lot to Ms. Marsh.
