I realize that poisoning cats does not enter into a ferret board. But
the same kind of jerk that would do this would poison anything. What a
horrible way to die. My beautiful long haired cat who never harmed anybody
and was the greates mouser and rabbiter in the world (declawed yet) hated
to be inside and was happiest outside. Some jerk poisoned both of the
cats--one of mine and her deadly enemy.

The odds of both of them being hit by a car are pretty remote. Its people
like that that make you wonder about the world. Bratface loved the ferrets
and would play nice with them as long as they didnt bite. When they did
she hopped onto the counter. It just makes me sick and to make matters
worse, we didnt even get to bury her--someone called the dog pound early
and took them away to be incinerated. She was a very brave cat--when she
was 2 months old she was in a house fire and saved herself by running to
the basement and hiding inside one of the openings in the bricks.

Sandee, I know cats arent in your territory, but if you could check,
Bratface was a beautiful long haired cat with a bit of white on her and
had a bad disposition (loved her anyway). She also loved Max ferret and
Baby ferret who passed over the bridge before her. Do you think she will
be allowed to play with them over the bridge. Thank you all for listening
to my very unhappy tale.

A very sad cat and ferret Mommy
