Hello to Everyone.
It has been awhile since I have been on here probably since my Rocky died.
But I wanted to tell everyone about my mail today.  I opened up a card
today from the University of Illinois-College of Veterinary Medicine,
saying that the vet that I took Rocky to donated money to the Companion
Animal Memorial Fund in memory to benefit future ferret research and
medicine research.  Pretty cool huh.
 
I was so impressed, this was the first time that I went to this vet
hospital and ended up seeing two vets that took care of ferrets, they not
only went above and beyond the call of service but since Rocky's death
they have made phone calls to me to see how I am doing, wrote letters of
condolences, and took pictures before he passed to the rainbow bridge for
me.  And last but not least donated money in behave in memory of my baby.
I think there needs to be more caring vets like this.  It helped make my
day happier, I was having a pretty crummy day.  Hope everyone is doing
well.  Sorry I rattled so long.
