Now is the time to get your summer supply of wood stove pellets. The
Home Depot stores won't be ordering more, most likely. We got 20 bags
yesterday. If you wait, you risk not finding any left, as folks who
actually use them in pellet stoves (imagine that!) also stock up, knowing
they won't be available after February.

As for the price variation, Home Depot prices are not consistant across the
country. They also use local suppliers. Here in the Pacific Northwest the
supplier is Blazer, and in the Northeast it's Stove Chow. I just checked
the receipt, and we paid $2.97 per bag, the price they've always been.
Carol, how far is the store you get them for $2.76, from Portland? If you
say Vancouver, I'm gonna cry!

Georgia

PS: I now longer work for Home Depot.
