Help! I just bought my two ferrets the most adorable little harnesses and
leashes, so I could take them outside when it warms up. The problem is they
seem to hate them. They both ran around the house like lunatics when I put
them on, clucking and crashing into things, acting as if the harnesses were
animals trying to attack them. Has anyone else had this reaction in trying
to leash train (and I use the word "train" VERY loosely), and if so, are
there any good ways to make the whole process a little less traumatic for
them? I would really like to take them outside to play. Not to mention the
riduculous amount of money I paid just so I could walk my fuzzies around
town.
Thanks,
Gail
