At the top of every FML you will see a header that includes a great deal
of useful information.  One of the resources included is the archive
address.  If you want to find find out what is and is NOT cancer since
the word is misused way, way too often for any growth, tumor, etc.  you
can learn more by searching under "Golden Oldies", "metatastize" ( Hope I
spelled that right this time.), or "definitions".  Of course, even when a
malignancy is present the types vary extremely widely for likelihood to
spread.
