Hi All:
 
One of the shelter ferrets(male, age unknown, but I'm guessing 3-4 years
old) has had a rather sudden-onset of hind-end weakness, tiredness (goes a
few steps then falls/lays on his side), "tightness" on his right abdomen, &
no "hump" reflex when I run my hand down his body.  I don't know how long
it's been going on.  He was staying with someone while I was on vacation
this past week & I just picked him up this afternoon.
 
Since this is new, I'm worried, & taking him to the vet tomorrow, but want
to get some input from others who might have seen similar symptoms.  Any
ideas?
