In my opinion this issue was done in fun and the spirit of Holloween. What
is the difference of cutting a person in half or having a head on a stick.
The movies we see today on television are much, much worse than this. Even
the commercial where the race driver runs over the woodchuck could be
considered nasty. This issue came with a warning on the front cover, and
the first compliant letter in the editors page. While not finding this
issue funny it was kinda cute in places. The stories and other pictures
were still the quality we expect and with the humor and Magic of Harry
Anderson what do you expect. He is known for his crazy off the wall
comedy.

Jim Higgins.
