I would highly recommend you ask what the actual dosage in milligrams is
in the one month versus the four month Lupron at this vet.  The four month
Lupron needs to be given at four times the dose of the one month to have
the same effect over the longer period of time.
 
There would be absolutely no reason to use the one month Lupron if they
are going to charge the same amount for the four month Lupron.  That's
assuming they will be giving four times the amount of the four month
Lupron, which would be required.  They're both the exact same drug, and
will have the exact same effect, one just has a longer time release.
