You made me cry.  I take in the old and unwanted because they deserve a
place to call home in their last years.  I'm one of those that rescues,
but does not adopt out.  I don't take more than I can handle, financially
or time wise.  So for the young and healthy I try to keep a list of
people that are willing to take in a young one.  I like the old guys,
health problems don't bother me.  Quality of life is the issue.  I like
to think I am making a difference one ferret at a time.
