For all States in the Gulf Coast area:
 
Please be advised there is a tropical depression which has been forcast to
become a tropical storm (if so it will be known as DEAN).  Current depression
is at coordinates: 26.5 North, 86.5 West, 525 Miles ESE of Beumont, Tx.
Winds 35 MPH and movement is currently Stationary.
 
Please keep a close watch on this depression - especially all ferret shelters
in the Gulf Coast are.
 
Currently FFDRI is keeping a watch on 2 other tropical depressions - we will
keep you informed of further development.
