Hi.  I was just reading my Better Homes and Gardens Cross Stitch &
Needlework magazine and one of the ads in the back reads "Turn your photo
into a work of art."
 
It looks like you send them a photo and they scan it and turn it into a
pattern that you can do in cross stitch or needlepoint.
