favorite treat?  Ferretone??...Then take some, and spread it on you
outer clothing!  Sit with a flashlight!  Friends, other family members?..
no one to help?  If warm, take OFF the coats & repeat step one!  READ
what these people are telling you, that Vinnie deserves better than
being flea covered from the 'rats', & 'mice', let alone any Rabies,
etc....DO SOMETHING CONSTRUCTIVE!!!  sheez!!.........
