I was talking with one of my vets today and she said they felt like giving
the ferrets such treats as raisins and peanut butter to be a bad idea in the
sense of the ferrets throwing off their diet very easily. She told me that
that they preferred using the cat treats on the ferrets and using the ferret
food over Iams Kitten Food. I have never used kitten food for my ferrets
before, but my vet was saying that just recently they have been changing
their opinions about some of the diet issues and treats commonly talked
about. Has anyone else heard anything about this? Thank you.
