A hearing on AB 409 has been postponed again until next week.  If you are
from California and haven't contacted Senator Hayden's office to express
your opposition, please do so.  Also, please check the roster of State
Senators on the Natural Resources Committee and be sure to call or fax your
State Senator if he or she sits on this Committee to say NO!  to AB 409.
