Saw this in the Herald Sun (Australian newspaper) today.
 
"Ferrets Filched Sports-minded theives stile a dog, 20 ferrets, fishing
rods and a lifejacket from a suburban home.  Police believe the animals
were taken from the yard of the Hedley St Fawkner, property ibn Tuesday
Morning.
 
The thieves untied the dog, took the ferrets from their cages and helped
themselves to boating gear including fishing rods and a life jacket.
 
Ploce have appealed for witnesses to the crime. "
 
I hope the poor lil ferrets are okay and nothing bad will happen to them,
 
Prayers to them and all the sick and homeless fuzzies out there,
