Yes, but according to Dr.  Judi Bell, their head vet, the research and pet
ferrets are separate, from different breeding stock.  Naturally ferrets in
big farms aren't likely to get the same individual attention as those at a
private breeder, but I don't think MF is any different from any of the
other farms in that regard.
