Hi..
I just wanted to thank everyone who attended the show in NC this past
weekend. I spoke with several of the dealers and exhibitors and they
seemed so overwhelmed by all the fun and love at the show. I was told by
several that they will be down for the Sept 23rd show, "Ferret Fair 2000".
Judy and I thank you all. I want to thank all the many wonderful people
that sent the cards and warm get well wishes, and the prayers, and the
people that came to the show to show how much they really want to support
and help us here in NC. I want to personally Thank all the People involved
with the show from the AFA (Vicki,Sally, D.Devore)and the Judges who said
it was the Best time they ever had. We have changed the status of the Sept
show from Specialty to Championship. If you want to come I will be sending
packets this week and next and so on. You can drop a line in email
requesting a packet. So make sure you get all the kits ready for Sept and
make plans for a huge show, we already have 100 entries and some dealer
commitments, and sponsors.

Once again THANK YOU for a very Successful, Loving, Happy, and Great time
here in North Carolina, at the Western Carolina Ferret Show 200.

[Moderator's note: I spoke to Gary today about the refund (or lack of)
due Ms. Ramon. (Complaints about this have appeared a couple of times
in the last few weeks but I had never heard the Skinners' side of the
story.) While not specifically disputing the entire incident, he informed
me that he handed the case over to an attorney who will decide how to
proceed.

Once again, I don't know if future non-factual posts on the issue make
much sense for the FML, though I certainly hope the next time a post about
this is made that it will be to announce an amicable conclusion. BIG]
