Happily: Two of my ferrets are most happy and healthy tearing away at
live moving prey. Sometimes, the prey is asleep at the time. But
mostly, that fear in the eyes appears as Buffy or Mouse rush in for the
kill. Climbing up the back and sinking their teeth into the back of the
neck or tearing at the side of the face is common. It was the back of
the neck just a few hours ago.

Sadly.........the prey is me.
