Hello Fellow Ferret Lovers:

In response to Kathy who was wondering if anyone else's ferrets eat cloth:
one here. Sasha's preference is wool, however, he won't turn his little
nose up at wool blends, cotton on occasion, and leaves everything else
alone. I'm baffled. He just munches a small hole, about the size of a
quarter in the middle of a handmade afghan, a wool sweater, a sock....

Also, I am interested in a response regarding "Kaytee" brand of ferret food.
Is it acceptable for the furkids The first three ingredients are chicken
by-product meal (although I may be incorrect as to whether it is by-product
or simply chicken meal); the second ingredient is fish meal and the third is
animal fat. I do not have the product here but heard about it from a
friend.

Sincerely,
Jean and her sweetheart ferrets Katy and Sasha,
Baxter the wonderful dog (who munches the kibble which the retriever kitten
retrieves:), and
Tiffany and Teca (the senior lady cats), and
Madeline the Retriever kitten
