Apologies to those on the FAIML who have already seen my plea. I am trying
to find a ferret knowledgeable vet for my 3 year old male ferret (Fee) who
is beginning to show clinical signs of adrenal disease. I have consulted
with my regular vet but I am not at all comfortable with his
recommendations, which, in a nutshell, are to wait 3-6 months to do a
second ultrasound.

I would prefer a personal recommendation, rather than a list of vets in the
area. Specifically, I am very interested in any vets who are experienced
with adrenal disease and adrenal surgery (most likely the left, so that
makes it a bit easier). I live in Hoboken, New Jersey and work in
Manhattan. For this problem, I am willing to travel but would prefer to
stay relatively close to home for Fee's comfort and for any emergency
complications which could potentially arise.

I appreciate any guidance that can be given. Also, thank you all for
sharing your insights and stories!
