Little Bandit is supposed to go to live in Athens (Ga.) with a new mommy
next week.  Doug and Jay may want to look her up.  Don't know anything about
newmommy, am relying on my son's judgement, but she COULD be worth the trip!

Meantime, while at our local Petsmart today, saw a little girl about 8 years
old cuddling a ferret on a leash (hers, obviously) a light sable, looked
like a male, as calm as could be-had to scratch him!  Good for ferrets!  Not
long ago you wouldn't have seen such a sight, but now they are more likely
to accompany their owners in public than cats are!  Karen
