this was the first time I ran into this, Niblet, who is 7 and MF, started,
in the past month or so, scratching violently (but not breaking the skin)
on her sides. Constantly. I didn't think it was the dryness of the air or
the food since they all get TF and no one else is scratching nearly as much
as her. When Dr. Schiff came today to do the herd's vaccines, he examined
her. Her spleen is completely on the wrong side of her body and there is
a half golf ball size lump underneath her rib cage on the left side.
Apparently the scratching is not from itching but from this growth hurting
her so badly. we're taking her in for surgery.

Anyone had this before?

thanks
