I've been trying to help someone find her dog, Cammy, that went missing
on July 10th in the town of Knoxville, PA. Knoxville is a tiny town
on the western PA/NY border. Lawrenceville, PA is the nearest town.
Corning, NY is the nearest small city. The entire area is farmland,
pasture and woods. Animal shelters, vets, radio and tv stations in the
area have been contacted as well as ads placed on craigslist and in
the local papers. The dogs owner, Melissa, lives in Boston and she
and Cammy were visiting friends when her dog got away. We're getting
worried with winter and deer season approaching because she's tan and
white and about the size of a small great dane. She's a lab/ coonhound
mix and she's friendly but skittish. Here's her facebook page with more
info about her and the search: http://www.facebook.com/helpfindcammy

She may be trying to head home to Boston so please foward the info to
anyone you think might be able to help find her.

Thank you,
Nicky Thompson
Corning, NY

[Moderator's note: You/they must be doing a good job -- I actually got
an automated phone call about this dog a few hours ago! Good luck. BIG]
