Dear Ms. Carley;
 
You probably know it by now, but a teenager in Fremont (CA) has been
arraigned for trial on a charge of having three pet ferrets.  I can't
believe that any city in the civilized world would lower itself to such a
nadir of idiocy.
 
I was just putting the finishing touches on a letter to Sen.  Alpert and
Gov. Wilson, urging an end to the nonsense sitting on the DFG books.  It
looks like I have one more flagrant violation of common sense and decency
to cite!
 
If there is any e-mail address that I can forward a message to in Fremont
(and I promise not to flame anyone), let me know at your convenience and I
will write them in no time flat!
