OK, enough people told me they didn't receive the advertising issue that
it's clear something went wrong.  Trouble is, something went wrong last
time too.
 
So... I hate to do this, but I'm going to resend the advertising issue,
but on a different server where I can do a complete trace to see what's
going on.
 
I apologize to all who will receive it twice -- I really don't like to waste
bandwidth like that.
 
I'll send it as soon as I can set things up -- which will either be later
today or early next week.
