i live in pensacola, fl.  the biggest pet store around here is petland.
every month i go in to play with the ferrets.  they are always healthy.
i was in this morning and saw a new shipment.  the lady i talked to said
they had just come in.  but they are so small.  these babies fit in my
hand.  when i got juliet at nine weeks she took both hands.  could these
babies be younger than 8 weeks?
 
also i have noticed each month that the ferrets bedding is wood shavings.
i know this is bad, but since they always seem healthy is it ok for their
temporary housing till they get a home?
