I have NEVER heard anything good about any Hartz Mountain flea product.  I
would strongly suggest people stay away from them, especially for animals
as small as ferrets.
 
Although Frontline and Advantage are not specifically recommended for
ferrets, at this point a lot of vets and ferret folks have used them
safely.  A very tiny amount goes a long way--you only use a drop.
 
Now that flea season is upon us, please be careful not to poison your
ferrets, you, your home, your lawn, etc. with poisons.
