I have a little guy named Simon who cannot walk on his hind legs. All tests
have been done and we have narrowed it down to a tumor or damage done to the
spine. Now he gets around quite well using his front legs. Lastnight I had
him outside in the grass and noticed that the grass supported him and he
used his hind legs normally.

Now the question I have is, Does anyone here know of a scooter of some type
I could use to put under Simon's belly to support his back and allow him to
use his hind legs. Not only would he be able to get around better but his
legs wouldn't become totally useless due to non-use. He is very healthy
otherwise and I want him to be as happy and normal as possible. Surgery is
out of the question as my vet does not have the experience and knowledge to
give it a shot and he is afraid the risk is too high. As I said Simon is
healthy and happy otherwise. We are also not sure of how old Simon is, he
was dumped at the pet store and they turned him over to me 2 yrs ago.

Thank you for any help you can give.
