My son was 'named' Buddy for the first few days of his life. I still
call him Buddy and Bud frequently :-)
 
On a pet note, we just got rid of our dog (thank goodness, we just
didn't have the time/energy for him) and are now totally petless...
We still do have a carpet shark, though, Robin is trying his best to
crawl, and can pull himself along if he gets a good hold on the
carpet.
