I'm sure it's been mentioned on here before, but I've found that a great
treat that quite a few of mine love is "raisined" food.  To create this
"treat", just put some raisins in an airtight container with some of your
ferrets' current diet, and allow it to "cure" for at least a week.  The
food will take on the smell of the raisins a bit, and quite a few ferrets
tend to think that because it smells yummier than their food, that it is
obviously a treat.  I'm sure the same could be done with other,
not-so-good-for-ferret treats, such as banana chips.  Enjoy!
