I've recently added an adrenal survey to my Adrenal/Insulinoma Web Site and
would love to see more people participate.  If you'd like to enter your
experiences, see my signature below for the site's URL.  Once there, go to
the "Adrenal Disease" page and you'll see the survey in the menu on the
left.
 
The survey is hardly scientific, but interesting nonetheless.  You can view
the raw answers provided by participants and there's also a page with the
compiled results.  The results page will be updated daily, time permitting.
 
I realize the survey questions don't cover every known possibility, so
there's a place at the bottom where you can enter plenty of comments to
clarify your answers or experiences.
