Whos house is it, anyway?  You & your husbands or you step-daughters?  Why
go to such great lengths to try to please someone staying in YOUR house?!?
Tell her to put up with it!  After all, it isn't like she will be in your
house forever!  She is finishing up college!  Tell her to close her bedroom
door if she doesn't want them in there.  Your fuzzies just want to be in
there because they know they are not supposed to be in there!  Your
step-daughter (not your ferrets) is coming between you & your husband.
