Dweezil has had "rat tail" for about a year now, we washed it, we clean it,
we have done everything.  I have finally gave up on him ever having a tail
with hair on.
 
After Pip's surgery, we noticed that his tail was a MASS of blackheads.  My
husband has been using Phisoderm on his face and decided to give it a try
on Pip.  After just a week, the black heads are clearing up and there is
hair growth.
 
We tried it on Dweezil too, I'm happy to say Dweezil is no longer "rat
tail" but "spike".  He is growing hair on his tail after a year.
