Dear Jill. If you have problems, threaten to notify you local tv
station's reporter. We have a couple in the Cleveland area that
investigate problems that folks can't get resolved on their own and
this sounds like the fight for them. The business owner usually backs
down right away when threatened with a tv camera. Go get 'em, ma'am.
