How much would you charge for the Neutering?

  For Chloe, 3-4lbs DEW F (Fat not Fur)  1.5yrs --
Should I get the Surgery for her, or would it not elongate her life?  I
would prefer to not do unnecesary surgery.  Also they shaved her for the
blood test the end of july, and she still hasn't grown back _ANY_ fur.  Is
this normal.  She also seems to have no undercoat, only gaurd hairs.
