you are not alone...many of us feel this way...from those of us with just
one rescue...to those with a houseful!...
 
but i have something to add... all those ppl that surrendered...the ones
without a valid reason...the ones who did not care afterward...
 
they...
#1...do/did not deserve to have the ferrets in the first place...
#2...would never have taken care of them nor loved them enough had they
     kept them...
 
i, for one, would rather they went to someone else who WOULD love them
and take care of them...they deserve that in their short life here...even
if it is only long enough to feel the love of someone before they have to
go...
 
your pain is so deep when you lose one...but think how sad their little
life would have been to never have known your love...or the love of the
many out there with angels' wings who do just as you do...
