Boy oh Boy!  Have I got news for yous!
 
It sure is busy here -- even though Mom had to go away for a few days-
Shelter Dad was taking care of us ( snicker - snicker) and he gave us
lots of Cheerio's at nite instead of a few!  hahaha!
 
Then Mom came back with a stuffy head - but kept on taking care of
shelter business - though she hasn't smiled near as much as we would
like-- BUT 4 kids have BRAND NEW HOMES!  I cannot believe it.  They did
not get to stay here near enough for me to teach them all the tricks!
Our shelter Mom said she was hoping some kids would get real families for
the holidays and sure enough-- they did.
 
First Strider left with Aunt Pam in NJ -- but she fell in love with
Robinn too - said she reminded her of her little gal that left for the
bridge so both kids gots to go to her home.  Then Baby Bear and Cassandra
left for a new home today.  They is really really lucky- the folks liked
our big cages so much they ordered one just for them.  Those guys is
going to have a blast trashing that huge cage when they are supposed to
be sleeping!  Mom says another family has been asking about the police
ferrets and maybe they can have a good real home too- first we need them
to visit the shelter.
 
Meanwhile the two legged folks are readying here for Holiday open house-

( remember you can sneak me some goodies- I WON'T tell!).  Dad and Mom is
making Swedish meatballs & roasting a turkey- while the new ferret Mom
Nancy is baking muffins & cookies, and Aunt Judy is making some great
stuff too, there will be a punch bowl, hot drinks, Dad's carrot cake,
white chocolate cheesecake, veggie tray, and other munchies for all to
enjoy- ( but come visit me!).
 
There will be lots of stuff for folks who want to shop next door in the
annex -- I know Mom is making special holiday beds and stuff- Aunt Judy
has holiday appliqued ferret washcloths to go with the pretty smelly
soaps, and vet scrub shirts too!  I guess there are other stuff like
calendars but I don't care much about that stuff you know!  Always there
is special drawings for raffle prizes and this year I heard them say they
will be drawing for door-prizes every half hour from Noon until 3 pm!
Now that should be enough encouragement to stop in and meet me :) .  And
don't believe all those rumors about me trying to taste every visitor
either! :)
 
Heck it would be really fine if I was the only ferret left to visit - I
would get so much attention!  Ah-- I suppose I can share some attention
with the other kids though - I wouldn't want Santa ferret to bypass me!
 
I think Mom may have some neat holiday beds and some other special stuff
on ebay -- you can check by searching for : Ferret Wise
 
Meanwhile if you needs directions here- be sure to email the shelter Mom
at our above email addy!  I am hoping to meet lots of new folks and show
off - er the shelter that is, to you!
