I have tried several routes to get mail to you and none seem to work.
So I just replied to the last issue I received!

[It worked. But I would caution others from doing this. Depending
on your mailer it could bypass my digestifying altogether or go
into the bit-bucket. If you aren't having any luck with sending stuff
to me as given at the end of this message, you might as well try
replying tho...]

I have 2 ferrets (males). One I have had for 1 year and I have noticed
something strange. When I am sitting around my apt with a t-shirt or
shorts on he will lick behind my knees and on the inside of
my elbows. All I could think of was sweat and salt.

Well a couple of weeks ago I took them to the vet for shots and
a check-up. He said he had been to a short course on ferrets and
pulled out some info that he had brought back. One thing it said
was to always have salt available for them. This made since,
but was news to me as I have never read anything like this.

Does anyone else know about this? ANyone else give their ferrets
salt?

Thanks

Leonard
