Hi all!
 
As I read the FML yesterday, I continued to of the shelter discussion.
and someone said "if you really care, then go help" or something to that
effect.
 
So here I am, asking for info on shelters in the NYC/lower Westchester
county area.  I have yet to check the Star Shelter list.  I will be doing
that next...but if anyone knows of a place that needs some volunteer help
or any advice for a beginning shelter-wannabe-helper, then drop me an
email!!
