If both adrenals come out partially Prednisolone may still be needed
afterward for fluid maintenance. If both adrenals come our fully or if
only the tiniest amount remains then besides the Prednisolone survival
(avoiding an Addisons Crisis) will also necessitate EITHER Percorten
injections about every 21 days or daily Fludrocort/Florinef to maintain
correct electrolyte balance.
