I think I've gotten seven e-mails so far about this post. Here is my
official disclaimer:
I don't hate bats.  I like anything that eats mosquitos for a living!
I like watching them swoop down to the surface of our swimming pool for
a drink on a hot summer night.  I do dislike having to deal with an
injured, terrified wild animal, no matter what it is.  That plain sucks.
I wouldn't have blamed the poor little thing for biting me.  I'm very
lucky it didn't.
